Can I exchange an item?
Was it love at first sight, but unfortunately not your buddy? No problem. Return the item and we will refund the item. Place a new order with the correct size or color yourself.
A return goes as follows:

Note: No returns for the Sample Collection
What are the return conditions for items that I return?
To be observed in the following return conditions:
- Return items within 14 days of receipt via Bpost or in our store;
- Returned items are always unworn and impeccably clean;
- Returned items still have their original labels;
- Always put return items in the original packaging.
- No return possible for the Sample Collection
If you respect the terms, we'll make sure you get a prompt refund.
To which address do I return my package?
Are you returning a package from Belgium or the Netherlands? Then use the return label that you can use for return via your online account.
For return from Belgium, 5.50 € will be charged, for the Netherlands 10 €. Do you want to return your order from other countries? Then the costs are for your own account.
For returns from abroad: the return address is "Tommel BV retour / Ringlaan 33a / BE 8680 KOEKELARE".
How do I get my return refunded?
In our shop
You can return your online orders in all our stores. You will receive the purchase amount back in the same way as the original payment. The purchase amount will be in your bank account within five working days.
Did you partly pay for your store purchase with a voucher? Then you will receive a voucher for a refund by email for that amount. You can redeem this with a subsequent purchase.
Via our delivery partner
Do you return your order to us by post? Then you will always get the purchase amount back via the same way as your original payment. You will receive the purchase amount within 14 days after returning your package.
Did you partly pay for your store purchase with a voucher? Then you will receive a voucher for a refund by email for that amount. You can redeem this with a subsequent purchase.
Can I get a receipt when I issue my return?
Yes, of course.
In our store we do not do this as standard to protect the environment. On simple request at the checkout, we will gladly provide you with a signed receipt that we have received your items back in the store.
When returning via Bpost, you hand in the package at a post point, a contact point where Bpost delivers and picks up parcels. You will always receive a return receipt. This is the only valid proof of return, so keep it safe!
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee errors and due to force majeure on the part of logistics parties.
It is the RESPONSIBILITY OF CUSTOMERS to ensure that the return shipment reaches us in the above condition
We recommend that you ensure that all returned items are shipped using the return option offered by us.
We do NOT accept packages that are returned without paying the shipping, taxes or import for them.
We will only be held for returns that are lost in the mail.
