Orders for Belgium & the Netherlands are shipped free of charge from € 100. Other countries below from € 200. All countries not listed below always pay shipping costs.
The shipping costs for orders below these amounts are:

France, United Kingdom: € 14.9
If it is 'available', we aim to ship your order within 3 working days. In case of delays, we will contact you.
You can of course also choose to collect your order for free. This can be done by appointment. Choose as shipping: "pick up in warehouse". We will contact you.
We check our range as often as possible. However, we depend on several factors for the delivery of your order. In some cases it can happen that during the processing of your order it has become apparent that a product is no longer in stock or that a product can no longer be ordered due to collection changes. If this is the case, we will contact you immediately to report this and to find an appropriate solution.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee errors and malfunctions due to force majeure of logistics parties.

When a product is composed or personalized at the specific request of the customer, the product is too personalized and no refund or exchange can be made.
Items purchased from the Samples filter can never be returned.
Items must be unworn with all labels attached in their original packaging, fragrance-free, neatly folded in the same condition as received.
(A fine of € 5 at a time can be deducted from the total if this procedure is not followed)
Packed items must be returned in the original boxes that are unmarked and intact.
DO NOT use the box as protective packaging.
If boxes are damaged, a 20% deduction will be deducted from the return amount.
We request that you return all items with 14 days of receipt, using this form using a tracked method.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to process and credit notes are provided online via email.
Items purchased with a discount of more than 49% are ONLY bill of exchange or credit
It is the CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that the return shipment reaches us in the above state
and arranged and paid for the delivery.
We advise you to ensure that all returned items are shipped via insured shipping / delivery.
We will NOT be held responsible for returns lost in the mail.
We do NOT accept packages that are returned without the shipping costs being paid.
Once a returned item has been received and checked to meet the above conditions.
Refunds are processed with 14 business days.
We can only refund in the same way that the original payment was made.
We will then email you to confirm that we accept the return and notify you of the refund.
